Henkel Loctite Ablestik 8352L is a 1-Part Heat cure, Proprietary Hybrid, Liquid used to Bond Silver Plated Copper, Alloy 42, and Bare Copper.
LOCTITE® ABLESTIK 8352L die attach adhesive is designed for high reliability packaging applications. This product is particularly suitable for packages in which tight control of resin bleed out or kerf creep is required.
