CNY17-3Z QTC (Quality Technologies Corp) Transistor Output Optocoupler 70V 90 mA DIP-6 Through Hole
The CNY17-3 optocoupler contains a light emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor. It is packaged in a 6-pin DIP package and available in wide-lead spacing option and lead bend SMD option. Collector-emitter voltage is above 70 V. Response time, tr, is typically 5 us and minimum CTR is 40% at input current of 10 mA.
The CNY17F is an optocoupler consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector in a plastic plug-in DIP-6 package.
The coupling device is suitable for signal transmission between two electrically sepa rated circuits. The potential difference between the circuits to be coupled is not allowed to exceed the maximum permi ssible reference voltages. In contrast to the CNY17 series, the base terminal of the F type is not conected, resulting in a substantially improved common-mode interference immunity.
