Description
^Features and Benefits
^
^ High torque check nuts are jammed against another nut in high-torque applications. They are used in jig and fixture work.
^ Round knurled head types have thick, cylindrical heads with a pattern of ridges that allow for easy gripping and tightening by hand.
^ Steel is strong and durable but less corrosion resistant than stainless steel. To improve its resistance to corrosion, it may receive additional finishes and coatings.
^ UNC indicates unified national coarse thread standards. Coarse threads have more TPI (threads per inch) and larger thread pitches.
