ON Semiconductor MC78L09ACDG Linear Voltage Regulator 9V Out SMT / SMD SOIC-8
The ON Semiconductor MC78L00A families are linear voltage regulators that cover a range of fixed output voltages from the MC78L05A at 5 V to the MC78L24A which is 24 V output. These positive voltage regulators offer thermal shutdown and internal current limiting. There is no need for external devices and they produce an output current of 100 mA. Pb packages are also available.
The MC78L00A Series of positive voltage regulators are inexpensive, easy−to−use devices suitable for a multitude of applications that require a regulated supply of up to 100 mA. Like their higher powered MC7800 and MC78M00 Series cousins, these regulators feature internal current limiting and thermal shutdown making them remarkably rugged. No external components are required with the MC78L00 devices in many applications.
