Their range of operation consists of up to 50Vdc, 3GHz, and 600W. Polyfet RF Devices has been manufacturing and providing products to leading military contractors in support of many high profile programs since the company’s inception. Polyfet has been shipping in volume High Power RF Mosfet Transistors employing both State of the Art LDMOS (Lateral) and VDMOS (Vertical) silicon gate technologies since 1988. We are located about an hour’s drive North West of Los Angeles, California.
