Bicron specializes in Current Sensing Transformers, including split-core CTs and Power Harvesting Transformers. Bicron continuously strives for customer satisfaction in every product they manufacture.
Bicron Electronics Manufactures standard and special magnetic components, including corona free high isolation voltage magnetics, toroidal power transformers, and current monitors. The company also produces solenoids and many products designed and manufactured to international safety standards, such as UL, CSA, and IEC. Bicron’s VoltBoss transformers are designed, constructed and tested to ensure moisture and vibration resistance, heat dissipation, and insulation integrity. It is our ability to mitigate Partial Discharge that decisively sets our VoltBoss products apart from other transformer producers. These are robust products intended for long-life applications that demand enduring performance without failure.

Toroidal power transformers are popular for their low radiated magnetic field and comparable size & weight to VA rating. Advantages of a Toroidal Power Transformer over other types of transformer platforms are many. This is especially true of Toroidal Power Transformers compared to typical laminated transformers. Current Sensing Transformers
It is common knowledge that we can’t actually see electricity. Rather, we can see and measure how it works. A Current Transformer is one of the important tools used to achieve that measurement. Current transformers provided by Bicron are designed for common commercial and industrial uses, and also for high-reliability applications that must withstand the demands of rugged environments. Our Current Transformers are best known for high accuracy and longevity.
