Midnite Solar MNEPV 150 VDC 80A and 100A Solar Array Breakers
Midnite Solar MNEPV 1 to 63 Amp, 150 volt DC circuit breakers for array combiners or any other DC application. Available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 63 amps. These are most commonly used in array combiners, but are suitable for any DC circuit up to 150 volts, such as DC distribution and small inverters. These mount on any standard 35mm DIN rail. 150VDC din rail mount breaker (13mm [.5″] wide) for MNPV array combiners and other DC circuits (not UL listed for AC). These breakers will accept wire from #14 AWG to #6 AWG stranded copper.
For E-Panels, MNDC, Combiners and Baby Box enclosures. These are standard DIN rail mount, and fit nearly all array combiners, including Outback Power, Midnite Solar, and ReadyWatt.
MidNite Solar breakers and the Outback Power PV array breakers are identical and may be used interchangeably.
Circuit breakers are an important component of the solar system. Between Direct Current and Alternating Current, it serves as a barrier. A barrier between the panels and the alternating current is necessary for installation and routine maintenance. Electric protection requires the use of circuit breakers.
