AMOLED Corporation (“AC”) is a fabless module manufacturer of AMOLED displays and a total solution provider to the AMOLED display industry. Both of these businesses deploy unique and patented technologies that enable low-cost production of AMOLED displays with superior performance attributes. AmoLED was established in 2012 to start mass production of OLED displays in Taiwan and China. In 2013-2014, RD and engineering teams were established in manufacturing centers in both Taiwan and China.
