CEI was founded in 1984 as the first solely owned Thai subcontractor assembly facility, situated in Ayutthaya, Thailand.They offer a wide variety of JEDEC standard outline packages for Integrated Circuit products, Plastic Leadless package (PLLP) and other electronic circuit boards.The other related businesses are Chip-on-board/Chip-on-Flex assembly, BGA packaging, captive-line and PCB assembly.
