Industrial service provider Integrated Power Services (IPS) recently acquired Precision Electric Motor Works Inc. Since 2008, this is the eighth acquisition for the Greenville based company. IPS previously acquired Electro-Mec, The Monarch Electric Group, TRICO TCWIND, Industrial Apparatus Service, KVA Dynamo/B+B Dynamo & Armature/King’s Electric Motors, the Industrial Repair Division of Higgins Electric, Inc. and Excel Apparatus Services Inc.
