NAE Inc. made diodes including military specification diodes. Diodes can be used for commercial, industrial and military industry applications. NAE Inc. mainly engaged in the development and production of power semiconductor devices, such as MOS, TVS, Schottky diode and so on. NAE Inc. was acquired by Diodes Inc in 1985.
In 1988 : Diodes Inc. closed its semiconductor rectifier plant in Lynn, Mass., and moved some production to a new plant in Taiwan to follow the electronics business and be closer to its customers, the company said. NAE Inc., Diodes’ wholly owned subsidiary in Lynn.
