FUJITSU COMPONENT LIMITED is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of relays and input and output devices. It has three business divisions. The Discrete Device division manufactures and sells signal relays, power relays, automotive relays, solid-state relays, square connectors, interface connectors, half pitch connectors, superdense connectors and high-speed transmission connectors, among others. The Input and Output Device division manufactures and sells desktop keyboards, notebook keyboards, security devices, thermal printers, touch panels and other devices. The Others division is engaged in the contract production of press, forming and circuit board mounting. As of March 31, 2013, the Company had 13 subsidiaries.
