July 26, 2016 – Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) (“Analog Devices”) and Linear Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: LLTC) (“Linear Technology”) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Analog Devices will acquire Linear Technology. Linear Technology Corporation produces power management, data conversion, signal conditioning, radio frequency (RF) and interface integrated circuits (ICs),RF and interface ICs, wireless sensor network products, uModule subsystems, and wireless sensor network products, among others.
