Rapid change is a part of modern manufacturing, Allstates Rubber has innovated some of their processes by now utilizing a combination of injection and compression molding. Allstates Rubber tries to fit the process to the project; using compression tools for smaller volume, more simply designed parts. Where complex tooling or high volume comes in, Allstates Rubber runs these in injection presses. Here at Allstates, the average employee has been with us for 10 plus years. Allstates Rubber can extrude shapes such as u-channels, tubing, p-strips, h-strip, and seals in a wide range of materials to fit your application. Our extruders have a maximum size of 3-1/2″ to 4″ depending on the shape of the part.
We also can do light fabrication on existing parts to possibly reduce a dimension or open a slit in a part. This can be very economical in saving from having to tool parts where Allstates has something close enough to re-dimension.
