Dow Inc., through its subsidiaries, delivers a broad range of materials science solutions serving packaging, infrastructure, mobility, and consumer markets across the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. The company operates through three segments: Packaging & Specialty Plastics; Industrial Intermediates & Infrastructure; and Performance Materials & Coatings.

The Packaging & Specialty Plastics segment supplies ethylene, propylene, polyethylene, and aromatics, along with other ethylene derivatives such as polyolefin elastomers, ethylene vinyl acetate, and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber. The Industrial Intermediates & Infrastructure segment provides polyurethane products, including propylene oxide, propylene glycol, and polyether polyols; aromatic isocyanates and fully formulated polyurethane systems; chlor-alkali and vinyl products such as chlorine, caustic soda, ethylene dichloride, and vinyl chloride monomer; and construction chemicals, including cellulose ethers, redispersible latex powders, acrylic emulsions, as well as coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers, and composites. The Performance Materials & Coatings segment offers architectural and industrial coatings, along with acrylic-based building blocks, silicon metals, siloxanes, and intermediates.

In addition, Dow Inc. is involved in property and casualty insurance and reinsurance activities. Founded in 1897, the company is headquartered in Midland, Michigan.
