Yazaki, established in 1941, is an independent automotive component maker focused on automotive wire harnesses as well as meters and a host of other products for automotive use.

Yazaki produces and markets wire harnesses for cars, electric cables, and gas equipment, as well as air conditioning and solar-powered equipment in Japan, while wire harness manufacture consists of the core of Yazaki’s overseas operations.
