Emerson & Cuming was founded by C.L. Emerson and W.R. Cuming in 1948. Emerson & Cuming products have been re-branded as Henkel Loctite. This re-branding does not change product composition or chemical formulation. Henkel has attempted to maintain the product numbering system where possible and the part number (IDH number) used to order the material will remain the same. Brands affected by this change include STYCAST, ECCOBOND, and ECCOCOAT.
