Unthreaded Standoffs

Swage Spacers

Swage Spacers have an unthreaded turned-down section that allows secure attachment to circuit boards via a swaging process. This process curls the spacer back onto the board, ensuring it stays firmly in place without excessive cracking or flaking.

Female-Female Standoffs

Threaded Standoffs

Lyn-Tron threaded standoffs, available in Female-Female, Male-Female, and Male-Male configurations, are commonly used in electronics for fastening circuit boards, motherboards, and panels. We offer a wide range of thread sizes, including common inch and metric standards, with custom options available for specific applications.

Swage Standoffs

Male-Female Standoffs

Super Torq Swage Standoffs

Jack Screws

Jack Screws are 3/16” Hex, 4-40 Male-Female standoffs available in various thread lengths. Commonly used in mounting D-Sub connectors, they are also available as complete mounting hardware kits for ease of use.

Shoulder Screws

Shoulder Screws, or Shoulder Bolts, are named for their distinct shoulder between the head and threads. Lyn-Tron Precision Shoulder Screws are manufactured with a high tolerance of +/- 0.0005, and are available in various materials and thread sizes in both Inch and Metric standards. Custom options are available for specific needs.

Precision Shoulder Screws – Socket

Shoulder Screws, also known as Shoulder Bolts or Stripper Bolts, derive their name from the distinctive shoulder located between the head and threads. Lyn-Tron manufactures Precision Shoulder Screws with a high tolerance of +/-0.0005 on the shoulder diameter. While Stainless Steel, Brass, and Steel are standard materials, we also offer other materials upon request. We stock common thread sizes in both Inch (4-40, 6-32, 8-32, 10-32, etc.) and Metric (M3, M3.5, M4, etc.) standards. Shoulder diameters range from 1/8″ to 1/2″ and from 3mm to 10mm for Metric sizes.
