Panduit® Terminals
Panduit® Terminals are engineered for superior electrical performance, offering a complete range of high-quality insulated and non-insulated terminals, disconnects, splices, wire joints, and ferrules. Available in various configurations, including loose piece and reel-fed options, they are globally accessible. Key sizes are UL Listed, CSA Certified, RoHS compliant, ABS Approved, Class 1E Nuclear Rated, DFARS 252.225-7014 Compliant, and meet Military Specifications MS25036 and MS20659.
Panduit also provides a comprehensive range of ergonomic tools, including hand tools, battery-operated hydraulic, and pneumatic crimpers. When used with loose piece terminals, these tools ensure a UL/CSA-certified connection. For automated systems, industry-leading termination tooling is available to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and maintain quality.
Power Connectors: Panduit is a global leader in termination solutions that offer easy identification, quick installation, and optimal conductivity for various electrical applications. Pan-Lug™ Power and Grounding Connectors are UL and CSA approved and the first to meet NEBS Level 3 requirements. The Pan-Lug™ product line includes copper and aluminum connectors for conductor sizes ranging from #14 AWG to 1000 kcmil.
Panduit’s wire connectors, terminals, and terminal blocks facilitate grounding or power transfer between conductors and circuit points. Wire connectors link conductors by hand or with tools, while terminals and disconnects attach to busbars and connection points. Compression lugs create permanent connections with heavy-gauge conductors using hydraulic crimpers, and multitap and mechanical connectors provide semi-permanent holds. Terminal blocks, barrier strips, and power distribution blocks help organize and distribute connections in enclosures.
Terminals
Ring Terminals: Ring terminals connect two or more wires to a single connection point, such as a circuit protection device.
Fork Terminals: Your trusted online source for spade and fork terminal connectors for electrical wiring. Offering red, blue, and yellow PVC or nylon insulated crimp spade and fork terminals.
Disconnects: Panduit offers both male and female push-on connectors and quick disconnects in fully insulated, partially insulated, and non-insulated options, giving you the flexibility to choose based on your specific electrical wiring needs.

Panduit Ferrules
- Reliable Connections: Ferrules ensure dependable electrical connections when terminating conductors in screw clamp terminal blocks.
- Prevents Fraying: Helps prevent wire strand fraying and breakage, reducing the risk of unreliable connections.
- Insulated Protection: Insulated ferrules protect against conductor breakage caused by bending, stress, or vibration while easing wire insertion into terminal blocks.
- Preferred Method: Ferrules offer a better alternative to twisting wire strands or tinning wire ends before termination.
- Durable Construction: Made from thin-walled copper tubes that are mechanically crimped onto stranded wire ends.
- Easy to Use: Simply strip the wire, slide the ferrule on, and crimp for a secure connection.
- Global Standards Compliance: Meets emerging global standards requiring “pin” style terminals for wire-to-metric terminal block installations.
- Variety of Styles: Available in vinyl-insulated, nylon-insulated, and non-insulated styles, ranging from 10AWG to 22AWG.
How to Apply a Ferrule:
- Strip the insulation from the wire end and insert it into the ferrule.
- Use the appropriate crimping tool to compress the metal shaft into a crescent shape along the ferrule.
- Insert the crimped ferrule into the terminal block.
- Tighten the ferrule and wire into the terminal block.
Materials:
- High-conductivity copper
- Tin plating for corrosion resistance
