TVS Diode Arrays

TVS diode arrays protect electronics from damage due to transient voltage surges and electrostatic discharges (ESDs). Littelfuse offers a variety of these surge protective devices (SPDs) in SOIC, DIP, flipchip, and other designs. Our lightning SPDs direct massive voltage surges from lightning strikes on outdoor equipment to ground. Our ultra-low capacitance TVS diodes provide ESD protection to data ports and cables. We also make SPDs specifically for automotive applications.
