Threads and a hex nut below the handle let you install these valves through an instrument panel. Turn the handle to direct flow from the bottom-port inlet to either side-port outlet or shut off flow completely. Valves have a wedge handle or a T-handle that resists accidental movement when snagged or bumped.
Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.
