91111A118 18-8 Stainless Steel high-collar lock washer for M3 Socket Head Screws, 3.4 mm ID, 5.6 mm OD
these have smaller outside diameters than standard split lock washers to fit neatly under socket head cap screws. As a screw is tightened, they flatten to add tension to the joint and prevent loosening from small amounts of vibration.
