Description
The BM19X series product is a highly integrated single-cell lithium-ion/lithium polymer battery protection chip, which integrates protection IC and MOSFET, which can provide the battery with protection functions such as overcharge, overdischarge, discharge overcurrent, and short circuit. The solution has the characteristics of high precision and low power consumption, and is suitable for various single-cell lithium battery applications, such as mobile phone batteries, tablet batteries, and wearable device batteries.
The BM192-XCCA-CE is protector for lithium-ion and lithium polymer rechargeable battery with high accuracy voltage detection. It can be used for protecting single cell lithium-ion or/and lithium polymer battery packs from overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent and short circuit. The IC has suitable protection delay functions and low power consumption property.
