Our FIT-221-3/4 heat shrink tubing is part of our Alpha Wire, Cable, & Tubing line. It has an expanded outer diameter of 3/4 and a 2:1 shrink ratio at 121°C. Alpha FIT-221 is made of irradiated polyolefin (PO) material with an operational temperature range of -55°C to 135°C, a max tensile strength of 1500 psi and a dielectric strength of 800 V/mil. This heat shrink tubing is designed to reduce production time and protect heat sensitive components in automatic assembly and cable jacketing applications. FIT-221-3/4 possesses excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties. When heated, the tubing forms a tight mechanical bond, providing insulation and protection.
