Description
HV4/0-300-C Methode PowerFlex Cable 4/0 AWG 300A 1000V, Extra Flexible Round Power Cable, Black RoHS
Methode Power Solutions Group, a division of Methode Electronics, Inc., is a global provider of power distribution and thermal management solutions. Methodes innovative products meet the electrical and thermal performance, weight and cost needs of high-demand applications. With manufacturing facilities on three continents, Methode provides single-digit PPM quality and on-time delivery.
Marsh Electronics carries PowerFlex, a brand of extra-flexible, insulated round grounding/power cable from Cableco, a division of Methode. The PowerFlex cable system can simplify system power distribution for specific applications. Unlike standard cable, PowerFlex is made of high strand-count tinned copper wires, providing remarkable flexibility, greatly increasing cable life and carrying more current than same-gauge conventional cable. PowerFlex cable is rated to 105C, 300 volts and is approved to UL 10236. PowerFlex can be easily terminated with the high-quality, low voltage-drop FusionLug, which can be cut, bent drilled or chamfered as required.
Marsh Electronics also offers Methodes Embedded Bud Connector (EBC), a press-fit, low-voltage drop power socket. Using the efficient, high-current design of PowerBud contact technology, the EBC carries high power in a small package and is specifically designed for a press-fit connection on bus bars, printed circuit boards and FusionLug terminations. PowerBud technology features highly redundant points of contact, which efficiently conducts a much higher current (up to 400A) with low resistance, high life cycles, and lower insertion force than similar-sized contacts. The EBC is available in multiple sizes and is compliant to RoHS, United States standard UL 1977, and Canadian National Standards C22.2 No. 182.3-M1987.
