International Rectifier MBR6045WT Diodes, Rectifier – Array Discrete Semiconductor Product 30A 45V Schottky TO-247AC
The MBR6045WT center tap Schottky rectifier has been optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation 150 °C junction temperature. Typical applications are in switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
The Schottky Rectifier employs the use of the Schottky Barrier principle with a platinum barrier metal.
