Significant space savings compared to axial guide types! The PV, PVH and PWV resistors are designed for power applications where Space is scarce. The PV series offers the lowest cost for the medium power applications The PVH series are similar except in the Kelvin 4-terminal series design (to cancel the lead wire effect). Resistances with PWV brackets allow higher power levels and superior performance in applications that involve shock and vibration. The ceramic construction is flame retardant and resistant to moisture and solvents. The internal element is wound with wire at lower values, at higher values (depending on the options, for example, opt. P parts are always WW). If a specific construction is preferred, specify opt winding, optionally for power film (not available in all values).
