Capax Ultra-Low ESR Capacitors
Capax Ultra-Low ESR Capacitors are specifically designed for high-performance applications, including base station products, high-Q frequency sources, portable wireless systems, and RF integrated circuits. Their unique combination of characteristics, superior performance, and high working voltage enables these capacitors to surpass the dielectric RF performance of other series capacitors. They also meet and exceed the requirements of EIA-198, MIL-PRF-55681, and MIL-PRF-123 standards.

Single Layer Microwave Capacitors (SLC): Ideal for GaAs integrated circuits, microwave integrated circuits, DC blocking, bypass, tuning, and RF/microwave components. SLCs offer increased capacitance for additional bandwidth, stable capacitance over temperature variations, and higher board density with smaller case sizes. They operate effectively up to 40 GHz with minimal insertion loss and are available in fourteen standard dielectric materials. These capacitors are ESD resistant, rugged, and feature gold-plated electrodes compatible with solder, eutectic, epoxy, and wire bonding methods.
