Authorization
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form for IBS Electronics, you must contact their sales or support team directly, as they require prior written authorization for all returns.
Return Timeframes

Items must be received within 15 days of RMA issuance.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Standard return requests must be submitted within 35 days of delivery.
Product Condition
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Restocking Fees

Returns made between 31 and 90 days from delivery may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns are not accepted after 90 days.
Exceptions

Refurbished products are non-returnable.

Opened items may be subject to partial credit or deductions.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Returnable Items
Items designated as “NC/NR” (Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable) and opened moisture-sensitive components are not eligible for return.
