Electro Technik Industries purchased Vamistor, Inc. in 1992 to expand its resistor product line, especially in the areas of carbon film resistors and RL42 resistors. Over time, the Vamistor carbon film resistor line has been combined with that of Tepro’s, and both companies consolidated into Tepro-Vamistor.
