Description
Philips / NXP Semiconductor 74HC4052D dual single-pole quad-throw analog switch (2x SP4T) Multiplexer / DeMultiplexer 2 x 1:4 SOIC-16
Analog Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Switching IC
The 74HC4052D is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS integrated circuit. It is a dual 4-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer with common select logic.
Features:
Wide analog input voltage range from −5 V to +5 V
Low ON resistance
– 80 Ω (typical) at VCC − VEE = 4.5 V
– 70 Ω (typical) at VCC − VEE = 6.0 V
– 60 Ω (typical) at VCC − VEE = 9.0 V
Logic level translation: to enable 5 V logic to communicate with 5 V analog signals
Typical “break before make” built-in
Recommended Operating Conditions
Supply Voltage (VCC-GND, VCC-VEE): 2.0V to 10.0V
Input Voltage: GND to VCC
Switching Voltage: VEE to VCC
Ambient Temperature: -40C to 125C
Input Transition Rise and Fall Rate:
– VCC = 2.0V: 625ns/V max.
– VCC = 4.5V: 139ns/V max.
– VCC = 6.0V: 83ns/V max.
– VCC = 10.0V: 31ns/V max.
