SAMSUNG# KM49C512AJ-70 RYT119603811C S-RAM MOS Memory 512K × 9 Bit CMOS Dynamic RAM with Fast Page Mode SOJ-28. The Samsung KM49C512/LSL is a CMOS high speed 524,288 bit × 9 Dynamic Random Access Memory. Its design is optimized for high performance applications such as personal computer, graphics and high performance portable computers.
The KM49C512/LSL features Fast Page Mode operation which allows high speed random access of memory cells within the same row. CAS-before-RAS refresh capability provides on-chip auto refresh as an alternative to RAS-only refresh. All inputs and outputs are fully TTL compatible.
The KM49C512/LSL is fabricated using Samsung’s advanced CMOS process.
