Hollyland / Hollyfuse SMD fuses (Surface Mount Device fuses) are small, compact fuses designed for automated assembly in electronic circuits. They provide overcurrent protection by breaking the circuit when current exceeds a safe level. Hollyland / Hollyfuse SMD fuses come in various sizes and ratings, including fast-acting and slow-blow types, and are used in applications like data centers, industrial equipment, medical devices, telecom, and battery management systems. Their small size allows for space-saving designs, and they are built to handle a range of operating temperatures and current ratings.
While smaller SMD components often come with limitations on features or capabilities, Hollyland fuses do not compromise. They are available in package sizes from the almost invisible 0402 (0.040 inch × 0.020 inch; 1.0 × 0.5 mm) for lower current ranges to 3812 (0.150 inch × 0.100 inch; 3.81 × 2.54 mm) for higher capacity fuses, maintaining their diminutive size.
Hollyland 12F SMD Fuses are available in small chip sizes with a high current rating. These 1206 overcurrent protection fuses are RoHS-compliant and Pb-Free. Operating within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, 40% to 75% humidity, and a rated current range of 10A to 20A, the 12F SMD fuses are ideal for use in data centers, industrial applications, medical devices (low to medium risk), telecom, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
The 25F SMD Fuses are quick-acting, protecting electronic systems from overcurrents and short circuits. They are available for rated currents from 200 mA to 20 Amps.
The 06F SMD Fuse is a fast-blow fuse that maximizes circuit protection while its extremely compact size meets the demand for space-saving and efficient production.
The 25T SMD Fuse features super time-lag tripping characteristics, making it particularly suitable as a fail-safe device in demanding applications.
