The Intel Core i3-13100F is a desktop processor with 4 cores, launched in January 2023. It is part of the Core i3 lineup, using the Raptor Lake architecture with Socket 1700. Thanks to Intel Hyper-Threading each core can process two instruction streams in parallel, making better use of available hardware units, for a total of 8 threads. Core i3-13100F has 12 MB of L3 cache and operates at 3.4 GHz by default, but can boost up to 4.5 GHz, depending on the workload. Intel is building the Core i3-13100F on a 10 nm production process, the transistor count is unknown. The multiplier is locked on Core i3-13100F, which limits its overclocking capabilities.
